You can create multiple users with different rights accessing different folders. this allows you to delegate the use of proVconnect to your team.
In order to create a user, you of course need to have the proper rights set to your profile. if you have the proper rights, you first need to click on the Settings menu and select the Open Settings Panel menu
This opens the different Options that allows you to configurate different features of the software
clicking on the Users menu will open the Users list
once Once in the Users list, you need to click on Add an User to open the user creation window
To create a new user you need to fillup the user credentials: First name, Last name, login name and email address
you need then to define the user password. Please note that this password should be complex enough and should include at least 5 16 characters. the complexity of the password is indicated by the color of the bar below the password. When the color turns green, the passoword is complex enough.

select the list of groups you want your new user to have access to. Note that the user will NOT see any group that is not selected in this view.
Once the settings are done, click on Enable Account (down below right of the page) to activate the User account you just created and then Save
your user is now created and can now access the console
