proVconnect includes 2 different enrolment methods
Manual enrolment
To manually enroll a device from the proVconnect console, you first have go to the Devices management menu
Once in the Devices management menu, you select the devices you want to enroll and click on the Enroll button
The enrolment process takes a few minutes during which the status of the device goes from "not enrolled" to "waiting for enrolment"
Once enroled, the device disapear from the Devices management view and appear in the Device list view
Note: When enroling a device, you are using one license
Automatic enrolment
You can set the proVconnect server for an automatic enrolment of devices. this is especially usefull when you need to enrol many devices
For this, you need to click on "discovery on local network" in the Devices management menu and then click on the box next to "Enrol automatically the devices at first discovery"
Once you have done this, every new device you install and configure the agent on will be automatically enrolled on the server
Once enroled, the device disapear from the Devices management view and appear in the Device list view
