Unenrollment process

You can unenroll the device by a simple right click on the device and select "unenroll device"

unenrolling a device will free the license


Note that the unenrolling process is definite

The proVconnect server address will be lost by the agent and you will have to manually reconfigure the device or re-install the agent if you want to enroll the device again after unenrolling it

You therefore need to confirm the unenrollment


This is the reason why you need to confirm this process by entering your password


Note: We do not recommend to unenroll the device if you need to remove it for servicing and you intend to re-deploy it once it is repaired

When you re-deploy a device after servicing, the proVconnect agent will automatically reallocate its original license, even if ou have reformatted the disk
