With this tool, you can :

Run a full diagnostic on your agent (will detect installation, configuration and networking issues)
Solve the problems by manual or automatic edition of the provconnect agent settings
Extract a diagnostic file, that you can send to support@wan-pulse.com
Restart the agent service
The diagnostic tool can be run as administrator (right click => run as) [Required to restart the service and live agent configuration]
