Agent Installation Diagnostic
When to use the Agent Installation Diagnostic tool :
- You’ve just installed your proVConnect agent but it doesn’t show on the server
- Your proVConnect agent stopped working and doesn’t automatically start at startup
Download the diagnostic tool here :
With this tool, you can :
- Run a full diagnostic on your agent (will detect installation, configuration and networking issues)
- Solve the problems by manual or automatic edition of the provconnect agent settingsÂ
- Extract a diagnostic file, that you can send to support@wan-pulse.com
- Restart the agent service
- The diagnostic tool can be run as administrator (right click => run as) [Required to restart the service and live agent configuration]
