Activate the dual screen display with ultraVNC.

In order to activate dual screen display with ultraVNC, there is several requirements that needs to be taken care of :

1. The following configuration key must be set inside the ultravnc configuration file

   1. primary=1

   2. secondary=1

1. the ultraVNC mirror driver must be installed
